On page 6718 of the 16 June 2011 issue, there are errors in Table 3; 2 categories of risk scores are reversed. In the “Platelet count at cGVHD onset” row in the “Risk score” column, platelet count “≥ 100 × 10⁹/L” should correspond to a score of “0” and platelet count “< 100 × 10⁹/L” should correspond to a score of “1.” Also, in the “Time from transplantation to cGVHD” row in the “Variable” column, “> 5 mo” should be “≥ 5 mo.” In the “Serum bilirubin at cGVHD onset” row in the “Variable” column, “< 2 mg/dL” should be “≤ 2 mg/dL.” In the “KPS at cGVHD onset” row in the “Variable” column, “> 80” should be “≥ 80.” In the “Platelet count at cGVHD onset” in the “Variable” column, “> 100 × 10⁹/L” should be “≥ 100 × 10⁹/L.” The correct table is shown.
