The Hematologist Seeks Contributing Editors

ASH is in search of Contributing Editors to join The Hematologist: ASH News and Reports, ASH’s official member news publication. The position term is three years, running from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2028. Eligible candidates should be mid-career (or later) ASH members who possess a passion for writing, are informed on key issues affecting the field, and enjoy staying current with the latest hematology literature. Contributing editors are expected to provide both submissions and ideas for each edition of The Hematologist.

If you’d like to be considered, please contact Senior Managing Editor Liz Garman (thehematologist@hematology.org) and include a letter of interest, two writing samples, and your CV by October 31, 2025. In your letter, please note your specialty in hematology.
