Dot blot presentation of BrdU-labeled cells in blood.

WBCs were stained with anti–BrdU-FITC and anti–Gr-1-PE antibodies as described in “Materials and methods.” The fluorescence intensity corresponding to anti-BrdU staining is shown on the y-axis, and that due to Gr-1 staining is shown on the x-axis. Cells in regions R1 and R2 represent BrdU^bright and BrdU^dim granulocytes, respectively.
