Kinetics of leukemic blast cell adhesion to human vascular endothelium.

Blast cells (10⁷ M5 AML) were cocultured with endothelial cell monolayers in 25-cm² flasks. Numbers of adherent cells per field (0.08 mm²/field) counted at various time points are indicated by open circles. Results (mean ± SD) are representative of 3 similar experiments.
