Inhibition of factor Xa amidolytic activity by TFPIC127.
Factor Xa (1 nmol) was incubated with increasing concentrations of TFPIC127 (0-3 nmol) at room temperature for 30 minutes. The remaining factor Xa activity was assessed using the chromagenic substrate Spectrozyme Xa. Bacterial recombinant TFPI (bTFPI) was assayed in the identical manner and used as control.
