Clonogenic assay of FANCC gene-transduced bone marrow.

Marrow was harvested from primary recipients, and 2 × 10⁴ cells were plated in methylcellulose in the presence or absence of 10 nM MMC. Duplicate cultures were established from each animal. Colonies were enumerated at day 15 and total number of colonies shown. (BFU, CFU-GM, and CFU-mix colonies represented 20%, 70%, and 10%, respectively.)
