Anti-CSF1R antibody mediated depletion of CSF1R-EGFP+ tissue macrophages. MacGreen mice were treated with 400 μg of anti-CSF1R or control antibody (rat IgG) administered by intraperitoneal injection, thrice weekly for 3 weeks.
