Prolonged survival of CGD neutrophils in culture. Isolated neutrophils from normal donors (•) and CGD patients (○) were cultured in vitro. The percentage of cell viability (A) was obtained by using the trypan blue exclusion test, and apoptosis (B) was estimated by flow cytometry as described in Materials and Methods at the indicated times.
