A549 cells (2.5 × 105 cells/well in 24-well plate) were incubated in serum-free DMEM containing indicated concentrations of HNP (A) and recombinant human TNF-α (B) for 8 hours. Multiple cytokines in culture supernatants were simultaneously measured (n = 3).
