(A) Time-activity curves demonstrating the impact of a CA on the radioactivity present in the blood after administration of 16.9 nmol/kg of ¹²⁵I-BC8-FP. One animal received a 4-mer CA (■) 24 hours after the BC8-FP (arrow), and an 83% decrease in activity was measured in the blood at t = 48 hours. No CA was administered to the control animal (▼). (B) Uptake of ¹¹¹In-DOTA-biotin in tissues (%ID/g) after pretargeted RIT. ¹²⁵I-BC8-FP (16.9 nmol/kg) was administered 26 hours before the ¹¹¹In-DOTA-biotin (1.2 mg/m²).
