The histograms demonstrate the mean florescence intensity after staining with PE-F(ab′)2 (nonshaded) compared with cells from the same specimen incubated with a saturating concentration of exogenous BC8-FP followed by PE-F(ab′)2 (shaded). The maximum calculated saturation of binding sites was 70%.
