Cell cycle status and IL-3Rα expression of AML blasts.

(A) Evaluation of the proportion of cycling blasts at the level of IL-3Rα^bright and IL-3Rα^dimsubpopulations, separated as reported in panel A. (i) The mean fluorescence intensity values of the separated IL-3Rα^bright and IL-3Rα^dimsubpopulations; (ii), the percentage of cycling cells of the IL-3Rα^bright and IL-3Rα^dim populations. Data from 12 AML patients are reported. (B) Stat5 DNA binding activity was evaluated in the IL-3Rα^bright and IL-3Rα^dim subpopulations by EMSA using SBE sequence on the β-casein promoter.
