Comparison of different TA-TMA diagnostic grading system applied in the study.2 Variability in incidence rates was observed depending on the diagnostic definitions used: the highest proportion was observed with the original Jodele criteria (30%), followed by MIDAS severe (22%) and BMT-CTN (21%). All other definitions yielded lower TA-TMA frequencies, ranging from 4% to 10%, further highlighting the known limited concordance among existing diagnostic criteria.
