[32P]-Labeled platelets were stimulated with collagen or TPO for 2 minutes. Phosphoinositides were extracted, deacylated, and analysed by high-performance liquid chromatography as described in “Materials and methods.” Indomethacin (10 μmol/L) was present throughout. Results are presented as mean ± SE for at least 5 experiments.
