MoAbs or ATP were added on TEC monolayers loaded with Indo-1 as described in Materials and Methods. The level of [Ca2+]in was evaluated in the presence of 1 mmol/L CaCl2. Δ[Ca2+]in is the level of [Ca2+]in less the level determined in untreated cells. Mean values ± SE were calculated from three independent experiments.
