The mean t1/2 recovery time for each construct is shown plus/minus the standard deviation. The bleached ROI, for each FRAP experiment from the different MMSET variants, was placed specifically in the nucleoplasm to measure the kinetic recovery of the nucleoplasmic pool of each variant.
