Arbitrary levels of SAP are expressed as mean ± SEM (n = 6 mice per group). NS indicates not significant. SAP levels were determined using 2 reference sera created from naive mice (negative control) or mice injected with CFA (positive control). P values of treatment groups are calculated compared with negative control.
