Mice were vaccinated with irradiated DA1-3b cells transduced with vector containing IL 12 (DA1-3b/IL 12), CD 154 (DA1-3b/CD 154), or control empty vector (DA1-3b/Zeo) and then inoculated with 104 live DA1-3b cells. MRD was detected by real-time PCR or by in vitro culture of splenocytes.
