Five thousand LSK cells transduced with control- or cyclin D2–containing vectors were transplanted without any support cells into lethally ablated (975 cGy) adult recipients. A total of 6 mice at day 7, and 8 mice at day 14 in each group were analyzed in 2 separate experiments. Transduction efficiency was more than 90% for both control and cyclin D2 vectors.
