ELISA plates were coated with the indicated protein (200 ng/well) and incubated with bPTX3 (22 nM). Then, the amount of bPTX3 associated to immobilized proteins was measured. Blank values obtained in the absence of bPTX3 were subtracted from all the data that are the mean ± SEM of 2 determinations in duplicate.
