The dimer-monomer ratios of CD45 were obtained by densitometric analysis of autoradiograms from 3 independent experiments. Regions scanned for monomer and dimer quantification are indicated in Figure 5. Data are expressed as an arithmetic mean ± standard deviation (SD).
