The effect of rapamycin and dexamethasone on apoptosis in 2 MM cell lines

Karpas 707 and U-1958 cells were treated with rapamycin (Rap) and/or dexamethasone (Dex) for 48 hours, then apoptosis was analyzed using the TUNEL assay. Three independent experiments per cell line were performed, and results are presented as mean percentage apoptotic cells ± SD where n = 3.
