mAb 32.2 was used for receptors bearing the FcγRI extracellular domain (EC), mAb 3G8 for receptors bearing the FcγRIIIA EC, and anti-CD8 antibody for receptors bearing the CD8 EC. Receptors are grouped according to EC, and MFIs are presented as the percent of the Fcγ receptor bearing the FcγRI TM (100%) within the group.
