The binding of BV13 and BV14 (0.5 μg/mL) to truncated VE-cad-Ig chimeras (1 μg/mL) coated on plastic was evaluated as optical density (OD) readings at 450 nm. BV13 and BV14 antibodies were tested against an irrelevant Ig fragment and background values (always below 0.005 OD) were subtracted from the values reported in the Table.
