Amino acid residues at Vh positions 6 and 23. The Vh sequence of 7B6.8, 1G3,211G2,22 8A4,37 AM16,20 DP7, S57, S106,19 R4A12,23 and 11F824 mAbs were taken from the literature. The Vh sequences of 411H12, 2-6D, SH11, and C11M mAbs were determined in the present study.

Cryoglobulin activity of 6-19,17 7B6.8, 1G3,21 1G2,22 8A4,37AM16,30 2-6D,25 11F8,24SH11,26 and C11M9 mAbs has been described. Cryoglobulin activity of DP7, S54, and 411H12 mAbs was determined in the present study.
