The position of the 5′ end of each oligonucleotide with respect to the published CD109 cDNA sequence10 is noted in parentheses. The CD109 ORF encompasses nucleotides 1 to 4335. The size of each PCR product (in base pairs) and the annealing temperature (Ta) used for the corresponding primer pair are listed.
