The affinity constant for intracellular Ca2+ (K0.5) and the maximal velocity (Vmax) were calculated from the ChTX-sensitive K+ influx in the presence of different cytokines, as described in “Materials and methods.” RANTES, 20 ng/mL (2.6 nM); PAF, 100 nM; IL-10, 20 ng/mL (370 nM).
