The sensitivities of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (pg/mL) were as follows: HGF > 40, VEGF > 5, TPO > 15, FGF2 > 3, TGF-β1 > 31, TGF-β2 > 31, GM-CSF > 7, IFN-α > 5, IFN-γ > 10, TNF-α > 10, IGF-1 > 12, IL-16 > 31 pg/mL, FLT3 ligand > 7, and KL > 3.
