Serum from each subject was studied for co-immunoprecipitation in duplicate samples for SP-IR and FN. Numerators represent the number of positive bands among the total number in a particular category of patients, shown in denominators. Representative Western blots are shown in Figure 4. Because immunoprecipitation was performed with anti-SP, the zero for FN indicates that it was not complexed to SP.
SP-IR in 3 samples was detected at the predicted size.
