IL-8 or GCP-2 was added as a chemoattractant to the lower wells of the microchamber.
Human neutrophils were added to the upper compartment of the microchamber after preincubation (10 minutes, 37°C) with buffer or 300 ng/mL synthetic Regakine-1. Results are expressed as the mean CI ± SEM of 3 independent experiments.
