Kinetics of tissue factor antigen and activity induced by OSMs in smooth muscle cells. Cell cultures were incubated with OSM (10 ng/mL), and, at the indicated times, SMCs were lysed and TF antigen determined by ELISA. Lysates for TF activity were determined by chromogenic and clotting assays. Results are expressed as mean ± SD.
