Flow cytometric analysis of control and patient neutrophils comparing the expression of αM/β2, L-selectin, and PSGL-1. Patient and control neutrophils were analyzed by flow cytometry as described in “Materials and methods.” An antibody to P-selectin, S12, was used as the negative control mAb. The mAbs 60.1, 60.3, Dreg 200 and PL-2 were used to detect αM, β2, L-selectin, and PSGL-1, respectively.
