Patient plasma was evaluated for IL-12, IFN-γ, and IL-6 by sandwich ELISA at 2, 4, 8, 24, 48, 72, and 168 hours following infusion of autologous Ad-CD154-CLL cells. Preinfusion (0 h) baseline levels of all cytokines were below the level of detection. Peak cytokine concentrations are expressed as the mean of triplicate determinations and estimated from a standard curve.
