B6AF₁ animals were transplanted with 60 × 10⁶ B6 cells, and their Mφ were isolated 12 to 14 days posttransplantation. Mφ-mediated cytotoxicity was determined against¹¹¹ln-labeled targets in a 48-hour assay as described in “Materials and methods.” Results are expressed as the mean ± SEM of 3 experiments.
