Binding of 125I-TFPIC127 to various cell lines

HepG2, Bend, and PEA 13 cells were incubated in suspension with 2 nmol 125I-TFPIC127 in the presence or absence of 100 mol excess of cold TFPIC127 for 2 hours at 4°C. The specific radioactivity associated with cells was determined (open bars). Binding of bacterial recombinant 125I-TFPI to these cells was performed in the identical manner and used as control. Values represent the means of duplicate determinations.
