Spleen cells (107/mL) were distributed into 24-well culture plates and incubated for 24 hours in the presence of control IgG (5 μg/mL), anti-Fas MoAb (5 μg/mL), mrIFNγ (100 U/mL), or anti-Fas MoAb plus mrIFNγ. CFU-C were then recovered, enumerated, and assayed for colony growth in MethoCult M3434 medium. Data are means ± SEM from 5 separate experiments.
