After 5 days of induction with DMF (0.5%), the cytosolic and membrane fractions were separated from the indicated cells and used in the cell-free oxidase reconstitution assay. Ten micrograms of membranes and 20 μg of cytosol were used in the assay. The data represent the mean ± SD of 3 separate experiments.
