Frequency of transfer of human and EBV-DNA in BAE cells after 3 weeks of culture with apoptotic bodies derived from BL41 (EBV-negative), Namalwa cells, or IB-4 cells (both with integrated copies of EBV). Two-color FISH analysis was used to estimate the percentage of nuclei that were positive for the human-specific or EBV-specific probes.
