Flow cytometry, enzyme immunoassay, and immunoblotting analysis were performed as described in Materials and Methods by using specific MoAbs. The flow cytometric values are means of three different observations in duplicates. The control values are means of at least four different healthy unrelated individuals. Immunoblots of total cell lysates were performed at two different dilutions in duplicates. The immunoreactive bands were analyzed using the public domain NIH Image program (developed at the US National Institutes of Health and available on the Internet at http://rsb.info.nih.gov/nih-image/). Values are expressed as the percentage of GPIIb, GPIIIa, or fibrinogen content of control platelets.
