The reaction mixture contained 2 × 106 Jurkat LTRluc, and where indicated, 106neutrophils/mL, 1 mg/mL opsonized zymosan (OZ), 3 × 10−5 mol/L azide, 8.2 μg/mL catalase, and 8.2 μg/mL heated catalase in RPMI at a final volume of 2.0 mL.
