Single CD34+lin− cells were plated at 1 cell/well in serum-free medium and monitored over 7 days as described in Materials and Methods. Data represent the means ± SEM of 2 experiments with a total of 69 wells containing a single cell.
P ≤ .05 significantly different from all cytokines for the number of cells tested except 100 ng/mL, FLT-3L, HGF.
