3DO cells were cultured in 96-well plates coated with anti-CD3 MoAb (1 μg/mL) in the presence of cross-linked anti-CD2 MoAb (5 μg/mL), rmIFN-γ (200 U/mL), rmIL-13 (10 ng/mL), or rmIL-6 (20 ng/mL). IL-2 detection by ELISA and IL-2R staining were performed after incubation of 3DO cells for 18 hours. Data are means ± SD of three experiments.
