The phenotypic profile of BM cells harvested from NOD/SCID mice transplanted 6 weeks previously with G₀CD34⁺cells was determined by FACScan analysis. Cells were stained with antihuman CD45-FITC or antihuman CD34-FITC and PE-conjugated antihuman MoAbs of indicated specificity. Data shown are from three experiments (n = 2 or 3 animals per experiment).
