HUVECs were cultured for 6 hours in the presence of thrombin (8 U/mL) or IL-1β (50 pg/mL) with or without IL-1Ra (10 μg/mL). After cell trypsinization, CD54 and CD106 expression was studied by FACS analysis (percentage of positive cells).
