*There were six 12-week old mice in each group. Three were female and three were male.

Differential counts were determined by evaluating 250 leukocytes in a peripheral blood smear.

Subsets of lymphocytes were determined by using immunofluorescent flow cytometry. Peripheral blood mononuclear leukocytes were isolated by centrifugation through Ficoll-hypaque. Each value is expressed as % of total mononuclear leukocytes.

F1-153

The value is significantly higher than those of normal (P = .0001) and heterozygous (P = .0003) BL/6 mice.
