Human leukocytes were isolated from four different blood donors and lysed (2 × 107/mL) as described in Materials and Methods. Before lysis, neutrophils were depleted of eosinophils by immunodepletion with CD9 antibodies and magnetic beads. The lysates were tested in the sPLA2 ELISA. The results are expressed as means ± SEM of four different donors.
