Partially purified normal and PV E-PTP elutes obtained from a Mono-Q column were incubated with various effectors at the indicated concentrations. PTP activity was measured with 32P-labeled ENDYINASL as a substrate. Data represent activity relative to activity in the absence of effectors defined as 1.0.
