Amino acid and nucleotide sequences of high-frequency clonotypes that were obtained from the colons of mice with pathologic evidence of colitis. Data are derived from 3 independent experiments in which mice received either unseparated spleen cells adjusted to yield a fixed αβ T-cell dose (experiments 1 and 2 in Table 1) or purified CD4+ T cells (experiment 3 in Table 1). Nucleotide sequences in bold correspond to the bold amino acid sequence. Clonotypes were defined using the nomenclature described in Yassai et al.27
