TBI only: 5 Gy of total body irradiation (TBI); TBI + B6 LN: 5 Gy of TBI plus the infusion of 5 × 106 B6 lymph node (LN) cells; TBI + T-bet−/− LN: 5 Gy of TBI plus the infusion of 5 × 106 T-bet−/− LN cells; TBI + T-bet−/− LN-H: 5 Gy of TBI plus the infusion of 10 × 106 T-bet−/− LN cells.
