Ku 86, Ku 70, and DNA-PKcs protein levels were determined in B-CLL lymphocytes obtained from untreated and treated patients with resistance to NMs. Data were normalized to α-tubulin in order to account for loading differences and expressed relative to normalized U1 sample extracts which was assigned the arbitrary value of 1 for the Ku 86, Ku 70, and DNA-PKcs expression.
